Special Watercolor Program of St. Ann's Church

Creating custom church ceremony programs for our couples is one of the highlights of what we do at El's Cards. So I was happy to hand paint beautiful St. Ann's Church in Kennebunkport, Maine for Jenny and Tom's September wedding! The church is a beautiful stone structure and has beautiful details that were fun to paint. This painting was the cover of their ceremony program and after completed, the couple kept the original watercolor as a memento of the day. This iconic church overlooks the ocean and is the perfect setting for a Kennebunkport wedding.

For the wedding decor, we also created menus with lobster buoys in the wedding colors of pink and blue.  The lobster buoy design is one of our most popular wedding invitations, and it makes a great accent for the wedding day when decorating a menu.  The menus coordinated so well with the escort cards.

Azalea Events adorned the rope escort cards with little lobster buoy ornaments in pink and blue, and hung them on lobster traps to direct the guests to their seats. The guests found their seats by looking for the nautical rope table numbers. The nautical blue and pink color scheme looked stunning with the beautiful flowers by Minka.

Thank you for having me create some special decor for your wedding day, Jenny and Tom!  I loved seeing the photos taken by Nadra Photography that day.  You are both constantly smiling and are definitely enjoying every moment!
